PawLuxxe is responsible for this shop and website, including all information, content, functionalities, tools, products and related services, with the aim of providing you, the customer, with a personalised shopping experience (the “Services”). PawLuxxe is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. PawLuxxe reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Your order will not be accepted until PawLuxxe confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before an order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as PawLuxxe may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance. If we do not accept, amend, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting you at the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time of order.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only, and not for commercial resale or export.

The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time of order, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import duties.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

The Services, including without limitation all trademarks, trade names, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, videos, audio, design, selection, and arrangement, are owned by PawLuxxe, its affiliates or licensors, and are protected by copyright, patent, and other intellectual property laws in the UK, US, and internationally.

The names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans of PawLuxxe are trademarks of PawLuxxe or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without prior written permission. Shopify’s names, logos, products, services, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, products, services, designs, and slogans appearing on the Services are the property of their respective owners.

PawLuxxe is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases made in our shop are made directly with PawLuxxe.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and PawLuxxe, including injuries, damages, or losses arising from products and services purchased. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities connected with your purchases and transactions with PawLuxxe.
